It’s now official that the Nintendo Switch version of Ratatan has been cancelled.
You may recall that the game was featured in an Indie World Showcase presentation earlier this year. A Nintendo Switch 2 version was announced, but the original Switch version was nowhere to be seen. Now we know what happened.
An update was shared on the official Kickstarter page this week. Simply put, Ratatan will not be released on Nintendo Switch (or PS4 for that matter). It was explained that “the projected number of units we could sell for legacy hardware would not justify the licensing fees necessary to complete
