NORTH BRANFORD, Conn. (WFSB) – A New York man has been extradited to Connecticut in connection with a scheme that police say targeted an elderly North Branford resident out of $28,000.
Police said the case began on Oct. 14, 2024, when an 80-year-old resident reported being defrauded.
