You never use Windows because you like Windows–you use Windows because it is there. This has been true my entire life. I have lived through the operating system’s ups and downs, including Windows Millennium Edition, which was worse than you could imagine and, somehow, worse than its reputation. But while Windows 10 was sorta okay, Windows 11 is wretched. The day-to-day experience of using it has deteriorated into something dreadful. If we continue to enable Microsoft, the walls will decay and fester eternally. We must escape this cycle of pain together.
